• Inquire about the customer’s driving habits and accessories used while driving
(i.e. Max AC, Dynamic Driving, etc.)
• Run a session and check for any HV related codes. Follow TOPIx & Guided
Diagnostics for any relevant DTCs stored
• If no root cause is found via diagnostic steps taken raise a TA including all
Primary/ Secondary diagnosis
