With Low Speed Forward Automatic Braking RPO (UHY)
Some owners may comment when they start their vehicle a "Forward Collision
System Reduced" message is displayed on the DIC, example shown below.

Cause
Note: On some models the message displayed maybe "Automatic Collision Prep
Reduced".
This message displays when Forward Automatic Braking (FAB) has been set to the
"Alert" setting. This setting disables most FAB functions.
Correction:
NONE. This is normal when the FAB has been set to "Alert".
NOTE: There are three selections for the FAB system (OFF, Alert, Alert and Brake), shown below. If the FAB is set
to "Alert and Brake" the message will no longer be displayed when the vehicle is started.
