***** Campaign Summary *****
INFINITI launched a Voluntary Service Action on June 28, 2018 to provide owners of approximately
22,660 MY2017-2018 INFINITI QX30 vehicles with an Owner’s Manual addendum booklet. The
addendum booklet provides corrected instructions for the proper operator operation of the manual
engagement of the child safety lock. Clients were asked to place the addendum booklet inside the
Owner’s Manual.
All addendum booklets were mailed to affected clients in June 2018, therefore this activity will expire
November 22, 2019.
***** What Retailers Should Do *****
1.
Service Comm will deactivate PG8B3 on any un-remedied VINs in retailer inventory on November
22, 2019.
2. Retailers should submit any open claims under this campaign by November 29, 2019.
