Diagnostic software version 2019-7 is now available to download. Dealers should download this
update from your Triumph Diagnostic Software page under the Service/Technical menu and begin
using immediately.
Please ensure all new bikes have the latest software downloaded at PDI.

Please ensure all relevant staff are informed of this update.

Corrections:

Bug 1 Description:The ‘Enter Company Details’ screen is displayed
every time the software is launched on some computers.

Bug Fix(es):
Fix:A change has been made to the software installation process
which should resolve this issue. For affected users, the ‘Enter
Company Details’ screen should be displayed upon first launch of the
software after installing the 2019-07 update. The screen should then
not be displayed again.
Dealers and subsidiary managers are requested to provide feedback
if this issue is still experienced after updating to 2019-07.
