Service Technical Information 101/19 ENU 4810 4 Complaint - Call Accept Button Does Not Function at Times with Apple iPhone: Informing Customers (101/19) Model Line: Macan (95B) Model Year: As of 2019 Subject: Call accept button on multi-function steering wheel Information: When using Apple iPhones, it may not always be possible to accept calls using the Call accept button on the multi-function steering wheel. Remedial Action: In the event of a customer complaint, inform customers that once they have transferred all their contact details to the central computer, calls can be accepted again using the Call accept button on the multifunction steering wheel. Information The transfer of contact details must be confirmed the first time the PCM and iPhone are paired. If there is already a connection, it must first be deleted from the connection list in the PCM.
