Customer states:
 The Audi virtual cockpit sporadically reverts from the selected “Sport” layout to the “Performance” layout.
Note:
This TSB is only for the S6, S7, RS 7 and SQ8 vehicles. Do not add other VINs to this PSS.
Technical Background
A software bug can cause the layout to change without user input.
Production Solution
There is no ETA for a solution at this time. This bulletin will be updated when more information is available.
Service
1.
Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming and that no repairs are necessary at this point. Do not
replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the customer’s concern.
2.
Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in
AccessAudi (under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
