REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
FIG 1:
 Medicine cabinet was mounted 3” down from ceiling.
 Screws securing the medicine cabinet to the wall miss
the horizontal wall backers when the cabinet is in this position.

 There is one screw installed in the center of both shelf cleats
(circled).
 Wall backers are 3 inches higher, and these screws miss those
support backers.

 Install two (2) screws in each shelf cleat, at the outer ends
(4-locations circled).
 Insure the screws hit the vertical steel backers behind the wall on
each side of the cabinet.

 4 screws must be within 1 inch of the vertical
wood framework of the cabinet on each side of
the cabinet. This should ensure they hit the
vertical steel wall backers.
