There was a provisional procedure provided to all field engineers to attempt the repair of certain customers' vehicles that
might have experienced issues related to the MOST connectors, resulting in the audio system shutting down and the
speakers making popping noises.
This provisional procedure was done as a test to confirm the repair reliability before releasing an official repair to
dealers. Our findings from the test concluded that the provisional procedure was not effective.
If this procedure was shared with you (dealer), please refrain from making any adjustment/repairs to the MOST
connector pins. We are quickly working to provide a reliable repair and will release an official repair procedure once it is
available.
