Dear Dealers,
A new training video has been published in Web Academy, showing the sequence of
operations to follow in case of replacement of the rear brake hoses for the XDiavel Model Year
2016-2020. This video integrates the instructions indicated in the Technical Service Bulletin
SRV-TSB-19-012.
NOTE
No further videos will be made for the different model versions such as the Monster
family, as the most complex operation to perform is the one on the XDiavel model. This
procedure can be considered as a general guide as it is similar for the different models.
The purpose of the video is also to show the time needed to perform the planned operations
and has a duration equal to the real time required to replace the rear brake hoses (about 2
hours and 30 minutes); the Technical Service Bulletin SRV-TSB-19-012 provides also an
additional 24 minutes to carry out the following operations:

Motorcycle acceptance and Customer management
Global Scan through DDS 2.0 diagnosis instrument
Soft cleaning of the vehicle
The video is divided into a series consisting of 5 major segments so it can be easily referenced
by selecting the desired segment:
1. Preparation of the vehicle and removal of the rear brake hoses
2. New rear brake hose installation
3. Rear brake system filling and bleeding
4. Vehicle refitting
5. Brake pedal travel check and road test
