CHARGING DOOR PAD ATTACHMENT
Service Procedure:
1.
Open the charging door cover (A).
2.
Remove both cover caps (B).

3.
Remove the front bumper screws (C).

4.
Remove the front bumper side mounting
screw and clips (D) on both left and right
sides.

Remove the front bumper bottom
mounting clips (E).

NOTICE
If a clip is damaged upon
removal, replace the clip.

Carefully pull the front bumper left/right
side top corner (F).

Carefully pull the front bumper left/right
side bottom corner (G).

CHARGING DOOR PAD ATTACHMENT
Lift the top of the bumper (H).

Disconnect the front bumper connector
(J).

Remove the bumper.
8.
Ensure that the lower section of the
charging door assembly housing (K) is
clean. The supplied pads will be attached
to this area.
If dirty, wipe off any excess residue using
a dry towel.

Remove the supplied pad (M) from the
adhesive vinyl (L).

SUBJECT:

Attach the supplied pads (M) to the
bottom left and right of the assembly
housing as shown in the photo.
NOTICE
During pad attachment, align
the protrusion line (N) with the
top corner of the pad.

If the pad is attached
incorrectly, remove and reattach
the pad.

CAUTION
Do not drop pad when
assembling the front bumper.
11.
Reinstall the removed parts in reverse
order of removal.
12.
Service procedure is now complete.
