PHEV Stops Charging at 99%
Customer Voice:
• Vehicle never charges past 99%
Technical Description:
• When at high SOC the VSC requests less than 500W. At this point the BCCM
switches off the charging request and in some cases will not resume charging.
Status:
• This will not affect normal drivability of the vehicle nor cause a MIL.
• Please address any HV System related DTCs that may disrupt the charging
system.
• If no other root cause is found, software is in development and expected to be
available in Q2 of 2020
