Service 1. Remove the thermostat and check whether it closes completely. If the coolant is still warm, put the thermostat in cold water to restore its original condition. If there is a gap between chamber and seal, the thermostat is faulty and needs to be replaced. 2. Attach photos to the repair order which clearly shows that the thermostat does not close neatly. Note: After the repair, fill with G12evo coolant in the coolant circuit. Figure 1. Gap between chamber and seal. Note: Parts replacement of the coolant temperature sender does not solve this issue.
