Original design: Condition 5525912 New design: Copyright 2020 General Motors LLC. All Rights Reserved. Page 2 March, 2020 Bulletin No.: 20-NA-054 5525914 Cause This may be caused by installing calibration files released in mid-2018 during radio replacement or reprogramming of the radio. The change to increase translucency was done to prevent the lines from obstructing objects in the field-of-view. Correction Do not attempt repairs. The thinner, lighter appearance of RVC guidance lines is operating to design intent. Version 1 Modified Released March 03, 2020 GM bulletins are intended for use by professional technicians, NOT a "do-it-yourselfer". They are written to inform these technicians of conditions that may occur on some vehicles, or to provide information that could assist in the proper service of a vehicle. Properly trained technicians have the equipment, tools, safety instructions, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. If a condition is described, DO NOT assume that the bulletin applies to your vehicle, or that your vehicle will have that condition.
