Loss of volatile memory.
Correction:
If the battery is disconnected for service this code will set current. After service is completed it is
necessary to either turnthe steering wheel from lock to lock with the engine running or to drive the
vehicle in a straight line to allow the PSCMto re zero the SAS. If the intermediate steering shaft had
been removed for service and this code will not clear
, verify the shaft is properly indexed when
installed. This may become a bulletin as moreinformation becomes available.
