STAR ONLINE PUBLICATION Case Number: S2008000027 Release Date: 03/24/2020 Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Vehicle Does Not Start, No Crank Customer complaint/ technician observation: Owner complains the vehicle will not start, no crank. Technician observed a no crank no start condition with DTC’s B2103-15, B2103-11 Ignition Run/Start 1 Control - Circuit Short Or Open. Other associated DTC’s ABS U0102-00 Lost Communication With Transfer Case Control Module if AWD and IPC U0114-00 Lost Communication With Final Drive Control Module. Repair Procedure: Inspect the involved circuits F942 pin 3 and K617 pin 31 from the PDC C3 connector to the PCM and BCM involved terminals. Validate no spread or pushed out conditions. Perform circuit functionality testing if needed to confirm wiring integrity to complete the repair, no parts required Fig 1, 2. Fig 1 This document does not authorize warranty repairs.
