Service Bulletin Bulletin No.: 20-NA-091 Date: April, 2020 INFORMATION Subject: Brand: Cadillac Chevrolet Information on Power Seat, Power Mirrors and Steering Wheel Entry/Exit Memory Recall Settings Intermittently Inoperative Model: Model Year: VIN: from to 2020 2020 from to Engine: Transmission: All All CT4 CT5 Corvette Involved Region or Country North America, Middle East, Europe, GM Korea Company, China Condition Some customers may comment that during entry or exit from the vehicle, they notice that the seat, steering wheel and mirrors do not move to the saved entry/exit position. The concern may be intermittent. Cause The cause of the condition may be a software anomaly. Correction If the seat, steering wheel and mirrors do not automatically move to saved position, the customer can move them by pushing the memory seat button on the door. Please share this information with the customer, including a copy of this bulletin. Parts Information No parts are required for this repair.
