Condition
Some customers may comment that during entry or exit from the vehicle, they notice that
the seat, steering wheel and mirrors do not move to the saved entry/exit position. The
concern may be intermittent.
Cause
The cause of the condition may be a software anomaly.
Correction
If the seat, steering wheel and mirrors do not automatically move to saved position, the
customer can move them by pushing the memory seat button on the door.
Please share this information with the customer, including a copy of this bulletin.
