second row seat track. This bulletin provides information on how to inspect and if necessary repair the
condition.

Service Procedure:
1.
Tap the upper portion of the rear seat back
10+ times to inspect for noise.
Perform this inspection on all rear seat
backs.
NOTICE
If noise is not heard, this TSB does
not apply.
2.
If noise is heard from a rear seat back,
carefully remove the affected rear seat (A)
using the applicable vehicle shop manual
section below:

Do not damage the seat or
vehicle components during
removal.

Place the rear seat on a workbench, and
locate the track location pins (B).

Use a utility knife to cut the existing location
pin tubes (C).

Remove and discard both location pin tubes.

Replace both location pin tubes with the new
tubes (K).

Use a heat shrink gun to heat the location
pin tubes.

CAUTION
Heat all sides evenly.
After heating, the tube should
not rotate.
8.
Reinstall all parts in reverse order of
removal.
9.
The service procedure is now complete.
