DESCRIPTION:
When MFTA Service requests that a PQR part to be returned, please follow the instructions below:
Package all requested parts into one shipping container. Complete and attach the label on page two of this bulletin to
the shipment.
For light shipments (less than 150 lbs):
Return all requested PQR parts less than 150 lbs via FedEx Ground Freight Collect using Account # 212016110.
For heavy truck shipments (over 150 lbs):
Contact your Product Support Manager for shipping instructions.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

2. Fold and affix the shipping label above to the container.
