Complaint:
Fault Code B105C07 the actuator motor for the air recirculation flap has a malfunction.
There is a mechanical fault current and stored in the AAC.
and / or
B113600 the measurement run for actuator motors for air flaps has a malfunction.
Cause:
Under analysis
Normalization lost for the air conditioning flap actuators
Remedy:
Remedy 1
1. Connect XENTRY diagnosis and attempt normalization of the flap actuator motors. If normalization is successful
procedure is complete, if not proceed to step 2
2. If normalization is unsuccessful, continue to Remedy 2.
Remedy 2
1. Switch off ignition
2. Remove passenger foot well cover and tool kit to access the recirculation flap actuator motor (see: remedy 2 motor
location.jpg)
3. Remove the flap actuator motor from heater case with suitable tool (AR83.10-D-2041TS) (see: remedy 2 motor removal.jpg)
4. Check flap linkage for blockage by hand. If unimpeded movement is noted, reinstall the recirculation flap actuator
motor with the linkage in horizontal orientation (middle of sweep) (see: remedy 2 linkage orientation)
5. Repeat normalization of the flap actuators via XENTRY diagnosis
6. Erase stored faults
