New Distance Learning Offered For Service Bulletins A20-058 and A20-049
Service Bulletins A20-058 and A20-049 are now released to address popping or crackling noises from the speakers,
no sound from the audio system, or possibility of a “Network Loss” message due to a poor connection in the MOST
Bus Network. Previous distance learning provided temporary repair procedures to address these complaints, and
now we’ve updated the training to address the latest information provided in the bulletin.
These distance learning sessions are hosted by live instructors from Honda training centers. They are designed to
help technicians correctly replace the FAKRA MOST connectors, along with how to correctly route the harness.
Invitations will be sent to preselected technicians in your dealership through the enrollment system. The invitation will
include the time, date, and link to attend the session. Not all technicians will receive an invitation. If there is a
schedule conflict, please email [email protected] or contact your DPSM to reschedule.
It is important to complete the training and follow the step-by-step procedures described in the bulletin. Failure to
complete the procedure properly can lead to a customer comeback.
