High Voltage Modules Missing VINs
Technical Description:

This may cause various high voltage system concerns or disruption in system
operation

Prior to raising a TA for support on any high voltage system concern, please
ensure that the VIN is written to the following modules in PATHFINDER.
•
TCM
•
ATCM
•
EPIC
•
EPIC D
•
PCM
In order to write the VIN, please select “Program as New” when flashing the
module.
If symptoms persist, please continue to diagnose as per TOPIx diagnosis and
raise a TA if it is deemed necessary.
If no TA is raised, please raise an EPQR as engineering is looking to gather
more information on additional cases
