Latest Vehicle Concern Fixes BODY Air Conditioning Blowing Warm Air Customer Voice: • A customer may report that the HVAC system is not blowing cool air. Technical Description: • The air conditioning system may be low on refrigerant due to a slow refrigerant leak at the condenser assembly. Status: • • • Engineering is investigating reports of refrigerant leaks from condenser unit. Should a customer report a concern of lack of cooling and the cause is determined to be due to a condenser leak, please submit an EPQR with the following details. • Pictures of point of leak on the condenser. • Amount of refrigerant recovered from vehicle. • Customer verbatim of when concern first occurred. Please use care when removing the condenser from the vehicle to ensure it is not damaged on the removal process, as parts will be requested for return. 17 – 20MY Range Rover, RR Sport, Discovery
