Overview
There is a possibility that some of the surface coating on the rear coil springs was not applied according to
specifications on the affected vehicles.
As a result, the rear coil springs can become corroded over the service life of the vehicle.
To prevent this from happening, the rear coil springs must be checked and both coil springs must be replaced
if necessary.
