SSM 74977 - AJ133 SC – (SVO Only) Rumble / Click / Noise During Low-Speed Manoeuvring With Steering Lock Applied Models : Range Rover / L405 Range Rover Sport / L494 Engineer Chris Davies Name : Last Modified 14 AUG 2020 09:30:44 : Category : Driveline Symptom : 597997 Driveline Noise Concerns Content : Issue: Range Rover / L405 - 18MY Onwards Range Rover Sport / L494 - 18MY Onwards JLR is investigating front driveshaft rumbling/clicking/noise during low-speed manoeuvring with steering lock applied. After inspection, the technician may find a CV (Constant Velocity) joint boot leaking grease. CV grease leak can also be present without accompanying noise. Cause: Unknown at this time.
