attempting to reset the DEF Dosing Adaptation Factor. Vehicle states it passes
the routine, but the code recurs at key-on.

If after resetting the DEF Dosing Adaption P249D-00 continues to flag at key-on,
please run the adaption application with SDD monitor running and attach the
CANLink files to a TA, including all initial session files.
LTS will advise on next steps.
Once vehicle is repaired, please raise an EPQR.
