PURPOSE
A customer may complain of an abnormal noise coming from the exhaust area while
driving. This may occur due to vibration between the exhaust hanger and body side bracket.
As the vibration intensifies, the gap at the damper increases in size and the hanger hits the
bracket creating an abnormal noise.
This TSB instructs dealers to replace the two identified hanger rubber parts with new parts.

shown below.
