Vehicles not involved in the safety recall N202311730 will also have the 90% limit if programmed. Customers may complain that EV range was reduced if the state of charge is unnecessarily limited. Cause The interim safety recall software was released for all 2019 Bolt EVs, even those not part of the recall population. This is approximately 8,100 vehicles globally or 26% of all 2019 Bolt EV. Correction: Determine if the VIN is included in the recall N202311730 by checking IVH. If the 2019 VIN is not part of the recall, contact TechLine (TCSC) for programming instructions to program the K1114B HPCM2 module without the 90% limit.
