A customer may report that the front seat is not operating properly from the
switch pack, features like seat massage, lumbar support, seat memory, etc. is
not working from the switch.
Technical Description:

The front seat switch pack is being replaced for different operational concerns.
Status:
–
–
Engineering is investigating reports of reports of front seat switch pack failures.
To support this investigation, should a customer report a concern regarding seat
switch operation and the cause is determined to be due to a faulty seat switch
pack, please submit an EPQR with details of the seat operational concern.
