PURPOSE
Polaris has found that some Slingshot models may have been manufactured without the driver’s and/or passenger’s front
side reflector(s).
To resolve this issue, the driver’s and passenger’s side reflector decals must be present prior to sale and registration.

TDH-20-04 PROCEDURE
DECAL INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. Inspect that the driver’s side reflector decal is present
and secure.
2. Inspect that the passenger’s side reflector decal is
present and secure.
3. If both reflector decals are present, the vehicle may be
sold. File a Dealer Hold claim for TDH-20-04A.
4. If either decal is missing, the vehicle cannot be sold.
Polaris will update this communication with a complete
repair procedure once it is available.
IMPORTANT
If the vehicle is missing any decals, do NOT file TDA-2004A.
This communication will be updated in the next few weeks
to include a replacement process.
