If temperature were in the single digits or below when the U0111-00 set. This SOL case is applicable to your issue. Once the BPCM enters into a state of not waking up. It will remain in this state until power is removed. Repair: Disconnect the battery, wait 15 minutes and reconnect the battery. This will bring the BPCM back online and cause U0111-00 to go stored. This issue should not reoccur unless single digit ambient temperatures are experienced again. Engineering is working on a hardware update that will be released in the form of a TSB. With an estimated release planned for 3rd Quarter 2021. This document does not authorize warranty repairs. This communication documents a record of past experiences.
