REPAIR
On certain 2021 model year I-PACE vehicles, customers may
report an inability to charge the vehicle or disconnect the charge
plug. DTC P3034-96 may set for failure to Lock or Unlock the
charge cable inlet locking motor after 3 attempts. These vehicles
will require a Battery Charger Control Module (BCCM) software
update to correct this.

Notes
8 Canadian and 1 USA vehicles will be reworked by JLR.
10 Canadian units are in retailer stock and one is retailed. Owners
of affected vehicles will be notified by mail and requested to
make a repair appointment
