Steering wheel heater and/or Distronic cannot be activated
Cause
Compatibility between steering wheel control panel and steering wheel electronics
Remedy
Update software for steering wheel electronics control unit ("N 135 - Steering wheel electronics (LRE)").
Should the quick test carried out after the software update still show DTCs with the steering wheel heater and/or Distronic,
replace the steering wheel control panels.
If the steering wheel heater and/or Distronic still fail to actuate after replacing the switch panels, or if there are still
DTCs, please create a PTSS case
