IF YOU CONFIRM
On a vehicle that is equipped with “Remote Sound Horn and Flash Lights”, and the Infiniti InTouch App has
been down-loaded to the customer’s smart phone:

The vehicle Horn and Lights do not operate when the Horn/Light button is selected on the InTouch
smart phone App.
Or
 The vehicle Lights do not operate when the Light button is selected on the InTouch smart phone App.
And

The Horn/Light or Light button on the InTouch App displays a
green check-mark with a “Success” message on smart phone.

ACTION
Replace the BCM with the new one listed in the Parts Information.

Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section ELECTRICAL POWER CONTROL > BODY
CONTROL SYSTEM, for replacement information.
