NOTE: These are the typical conditions in which to duplicate the rear brake squeal/squeak; however, these conditions are not intended to detail all of the possible conditions in which the noise may occur. When attempting to duplicate this noise it is important to have a second person safely standing outside of the vehicle to determine if the noise is coming from the front or rear brakes. ACTION Replace the rear brake pads and the rear brake hardware kit with the parts listed in the Parts Information section of this bulletin. Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section BR–Brake System, for removal and installation information. Nissan Bulletins are intended for use by qualified technicians, not 'do-it-yourselfers'. Qualified technicians are properly trained individuals who have the equipment, tools, safety instruction, and know-how to do a job properly and safely. NOTE: If you believe that a described condition may apply to a particular vehicle, DO NOT assume that it does.
