2015 QX60; ELECTRICAL SYSTEM(S) IMPROPER
OPERATION AFTER OPENING OR CLOSING A DOOR
APPLIED VEHICLES: 2015 QX60 and QX60 Hybrid (L50)
IF YOU CONFIRM:
Any one or a combination of the following after opening and/or closing a door (as it applies):




The auto headlights do not time out after the ignition is set to the OFF position.
The interior lights do not come ON.
The Vehicle Information Display in the combination meter showing “door ajar” when the doors are
closed.
The Remote Engine Start feature is inoperative.
ACTION:
1. Remove, and then reinstall, the screw of all four (4) door
switches.
2. Confirm whichever issue has been occurring is resolved.
NOTE: If the issue(s) is still not resolved, refer to ASIST and
the appropriate Electronic Service Manual (ESM) for further
diagnosis.
