Wind Noise From Front Door(s) While Driving
Cause
Improper installation or missing foam seal in either front door.
Correction:
Inspect front door window stu er seal foam being missing or misaligned.
Open a ected front door and pull back the seal on the window run channel (see highlight). Inspect the Window Stu er If out of position proceed to repair. If out of
position proceed to replacement.

Repair Procedure
If the seal is mispositioned the Window Upper Reveal Molding (1) and Belt Molding (2) need to be removed to access the area to add the 3M Strip Caulk.
With the Front Side Door Window Upper Reveal Molding and Front Side Door Window Belt Reveal Moldings o you can access the are where the strip caulk will be
added.
Replacement Procedure
If the seal is missing the Front Side Door Window Weather strip will need to be removed to add the Window Stu er.
Void where Stu er will go with Front Side Door Window Weather strip removed
Proper Stu er orientation in the channel
Please Make sure before installing Window Run Channel that the Stu er is properly oriented.
