Technical Background Safety belts with reversible belt tensioners may be tightened at start of driving and in certain driving conditions. If the safety belt is too loose, it will be tightened so that the belt will rest closer to the body. In the case of this concern, the safety belt tightens immediately after start of driving once in a terminal 15 cycle or after unfastening and refastening the seat belts. If the customer repeatedly loosens the seat belt while the tensioner is trying to tighten it, after approximately 5 seconds, the Pre Sense malfunction message may appear and the DTC(s) B130474/B130574 may be stored in the airbag control module. Production Solution Not applicable. Service 1. Do not perform any repairs. Any repairs for this concern may be denied. 2. The DTC(s) can be ignored and will be deleted automatically when exiting GFF in ODIS Service. Tip: Parts replacement does not solve this issue. Claims for replaced parts will be subject to review.
