YELLOW - 5th wheel mounting bolts tightening
Description:
Yellow Group of companies reporting fifth wheel mounting bolts loose.
Corrective Action:
Torque check then torque the fifth wheel fasteners.
While holding the nut with a wrench, torque the fastener head to 178 Nm (131 lbf-ft). If
the fastener turns mark an "x" for the current position on the sheet that follows (see next
page). After the check is complete bring the fastener to final torque of 275 +/- 45 Nm
(203 +/- 33 lbf-ft). Repeat this process on all remaining fasteners.
Ensure ALL fifth wheel fasteners are at the final torque of 275 +/- 45 Nm (203 +/- 33 lbfft) when complete.

of this document to the claim.
