Customer states:
 No customer concerns, it is found during PDI or any other diagnostic work.
Workshop findings:
 During service it is noticed that the traction, brake, and ABS warning lights are flashing simultaneously.
Technical Background
While using the diagnostic tester to access various modules the vehicle will go into a diagnostic state. This is
indicated by the simultaneous flashing sequence of the traction, brake and ABS lights. This does not indicate an
error.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
While using the diagnostic tester the traction,
brake and ABS lights may start flashing
simultaneously (Figure 1).
This is indicating a diagnostic state of the system
and will stop flashing upon exit of the diagnostic
session. This display of the lights is not indicating
a problem in the vehicle.
