DESCRIPTION
Some vehicles may exhibit a squeaking noise from the blower motor while it is operating. This is caused by burrs that
were not trimmed completely in the manufacturing process of the blower motor.
To eliminate this concern, the manufacturing process of the blower motor has been modified to efficiently trim burrs.
Customers having this concern should have their vehicle repaired using the following repair procedure.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1. Verify the customer's concern.
2. Check the lot number (1) on the bottom of the blower motor.
NOTE:
• The part number has not been changed for the modification.
• If you find a sticker (2) covering the lot number when checking it, remove the sticker partially. The sticker may be
left partially removed.

the instructions on MGSS using TSB warranty information.

MGSS using normal warranty information.
