An issue in the display driver can cause the displays to turn blue.
Production Solution
Updated software implemented in MY22.
Service
1. Workaround: Reset the MMI by pushing the On/Off/Volume button for 10 seconds or more. The MMI will
reboot and should work normally afterward.
2. Explain to the customer that a permanent solution is forthcoming for the 1st quarter of 2023 and that no
repairs are necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not
resolve the customer’s concern.
3. Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in AccessAudi
(under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
