DESCRIPTION:
When using a phone connected to the car’s infotainment system (via Bluetooth, CarPlay, Android Auto,
etc.), the caller on the opposite end of the call (landside) may hear an echo when speaking.

- S/V60, V60CC and XC60 = 2021 week 11 (3/15/2021)
- V90, S90, V90CC and XC90 = 2021 week 15 (4/12/2021)
*If there is a customer complaint, ensure that the vehicle has the latest software by performing a
software upgrade in accordance with TJ 31543.
* With the improved software, there may still be some momentary “echo”, but only for a few seconds in
the beginning of the phone call until the system has adapted the echo cancelling.
