Reason / Process For Return
A manufacturing error has been identified related to the part numbers listed above. DRiV has determined that some of
these parts do not meet engineering specification and could result in premature failure. Please return affected inventory
of part number 2693957 to DRIV with date codes 1050153 – 1051274. These date codes correlate with June 1, 2020 –
October 1, 2021. DRiV will be initiating a formal Safety Recall with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration
(NHTSA) and will thereafter follow-up with further instructions. Federal law prohibits the sale of recalled parts.
1. Please return any affected inventory of parts within the packaging label date codes shown above.
2. Email [email protected] with the number of units being returned, reference RGA27039 in the subject line.
3. The warranty department will then issue call tags to return the product to:

4. Credit will be issued to your account upon receipt of returned product.
5. Reorder replacement product, as required.
