Bulletin No.: Service Bulletin Date: 21-NA-250 November, 2021 TECHNICAL Subject: Pop Noise From Front of Vehicle Brand: Model: Buick Envision Model Year: Vehicle Build Date: from to from to 2021 2021 SORP January 01, 2021 Engine: Transmission: Involved Region or Country North America Condition Some customers may comment on a pop noise heard from the front of vehicle when shifting from Park to Drive and/or Park to Reverse. – The noise can also occur at low speed parking lot maneuvers (i.e. Accelerator pedal tip in, tip out, and braking). Cause This condition may be caused by the right side engine mount or left side transmission mount failure. Correction Diagnose bad mount with chassis ears and replace failed mount. Service Procedure Refer to Engine Mount Replacement or Transmission Mount Replacement in SI. Parts Information Use the VIN and refer to the GM Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to determine the proper part to order.
