Reason for change
Complaint
Clattering noise when raising/lowering window using the front door window lifter; occurs when side window is at midway point of its travel.
Cause
When the side windows are being raised/lowered, the rear window lifter driver may come into contact with the door
module wiring harness.

Remove door module for front door.
In area "A", see Picture1, release the existing cable strap, incl. wiring harness, from the securing strip on the
door module. Remove cable strap from wiring harness. Fasten new cable strap (see parts list) to wiring harness
and attach to securing strip on door module. Pay particular attention to the position of the wiring harness on securing strip, see Picture 1. After fastening wiring harness, cut off excess length of cable strap.
In area "B", fasten wiring harness to tab on door module with a cable tie, see Picture 2. After fastening wiring
harness, cut off excess length of cable strap.
Install door module.
