Customer states:
• The front door trim cover has a visible gap between the trim and the door panel. The trim cover does not lie
flush along the entire length of the trim.
Workshop findings:
• The front door trim cover has come loose from the door panel.
Technical Background
When the front door trim cover was installed in production one or more door trim clips may have been
incorrectly engaged and subsequently damaged during the installation process. This issue may be present on
either the left or right front doors.

Since this issue may be present on either the left or right front doors carefully inspect both front doors for this
condition and repair as necessary.

The installation procedure has been refined in production to prevent clip damage.

Replace the front door trim according to the repair specifications in the Elsa Repair Manual. Since this issue may be present on e
front doors for this condition and repair as necessary.

• 1AM over 6 Months/6,000 Miles.
