Quarterly Quiz
In support of the unprecedented success of the new 2022 Outlander, Mitsubishi
technical training has launched the first technician quarterly quiz for 2022.
TQ0122 will be available from January 3rd – March 31st, 2022, and dealer
personnel must successfully complete this quiz no later than 3/31. MMNA has a
long-standing tradition of familiarizing its dealer partners’ technicians with
critical technical documents that aid in repairing vehicles which will ensure
vehicles are properly repaired the first time. The information in this quiz comes
from the following documents which were released during the period of October
1, 2021 thru December 31, 2021:

Technical Information Notices
Technical Service Bulletins
Service Recalls or Campaigns
To answer the questions on the quiz, the technician will have the opportunity to
open and review the source documents before providing an answer. This will
help to ensure that the technicians have reviewed all current essential repair
instructions, programming information, recalls, and Service Manual updates.
Dealer technicians are provided credit for successful completion of the quiz as
part of the Dealer Recognition Program yearly goals.
