Symtom-based workshop manual Service 211/21 ENU 7059 7 Noise Symptom - Buzzing Noises from the Front Door Panel Area: Reworking Door Panel (SY 211/21) Model Line: Cayenne (9YA/9YB) Model Year: As of 2018 up to 2022 Concerns: Front door panel Symptom: The customer complains about a buzzing or scraping noise from around the front door panel during phone calls. Cause: Due to a lack of connection in the middle area of the loudspeaker cover and the resulting misalignment, it is possible that the loudspeaker cover is touching the armrest when the loudspeaker vibrates (e.g. when making calls) and this may result in irritating noises. Remedial Action: Rework the affected front door panel according to procedure.
