SUBJECT: 2021 SLINGSHOT AUDIO
PURPOSE
Polaris has found that some 2021 Slingshot vehicles produced before 8/16/2021 have front woofer speakers that can fail
prematurely under certain volume and equalizer setting conditions. Vehicles can exhibit crackling, popping, low output or no
sound from one or both of the speakers.
To resolve this concern, Polaris updated the speakers to a more robust version for factory installation and service parts.
Vehicles that experience these concerns should have both front woofer speakers replaced with a new part. Vehicles and
kits produced on 8/16/2021 and after have the new speaker assemblies installed and should not experience any of these
concerns.
