• The vehicle cannot be locked or unlocked.

One of the following DTCs and symptom code combinations are stored in the Battery Management 2 control
module, J1120 (address word 0021):
• DTC P0ADB00 – Hybrid/EV Battery Positive Contact Control Circuit Low
Technical Background
The software for the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021) needs to be updated.
Production Solution
New software in the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021) addressed the condition.
Service
1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021) using the SVM action code as
listed in the table below, if necessary:
