Model(s) Year A6, A7, A8, Q7, and Q8 2019-2020 S6, S7, A8 e quattro, S8, SQ7, SQ8, and RS Q8 VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment All 48V battery 2020 Condition Customer states: • Multiple warnings are displayed on the instrument cluster. • The vehicle cannot be locked or unlocked. • The vehicle does not start. Workshop findings: One of the following DTCs and symptom code combinations are stored in the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021): • DTC P0ADB00 – Hybrid/EV Battery Positive Contact Control Circuit Low Technical Background The software for the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021) needs to be updated. Production Solution New software in the Battery Management 2 control module, J1120 (address word 0021) addressed the condition. Service 1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions. 2.
